Baker’s Wonder variety bread mixes utilize short time fermentation systems to produce a variety of breads within 2 hours after mixing. This advantage plus ease of scaling makes for convenient and uniform production. Double strength rye bread base is an instant dough, bread base. Add 10lbs concentrate to 100 lbs flour. Contains jiffy, so that short time fermentation will produce high volume bread and rolls.
