For pies, layers, eclairs, napoleons, etc., powdered creme filling bases are ideal for discriminating bakers who prefer to cook their own cremes.  This allows the baker to control the texture by varying the amount of water added, for thicker or thinner creme.  Additionally, you can add flavor or fruit purees as desired, to suit your own taste.  Whether you add strawberry puree or mango puree, the possibilities are endless with Baker’s Wonder french creme filling base.
